When you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, we receive your name and profile photo as shared by the platform, your platform identifier (such as your phone number on WhatsApp), and the content of the messages you send us.

When you become a client, we also keep basic records about you and your pets (names, species, visit notes) needed to provide veterinary care.

How we use it

We use this information solely to answer your questions, schedule appointments, provide customer service and veterinary care, and keep a history of our conversations so we can serve you better. Some replies may be generated with the help of automated assistant software operated by our team.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising. We only share data with service providers strictly needed to operate our messaging channels (such as Meta Platforms for Messenger/Instagram and WhatsApp) and as required by law.

We keep conversation and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and veterinary record-keeping obligations.
